What the website stores locally
Your appearance choice is stored in your browser as a functional preference. Form drafts are not saved to browser storage. The synthetic dashboard contains no real clinic records. No external marketing analytics or campaign integration is enabled.
Enquiries and optional marketing permission
The prepared forms request only a name, email, optional clinic/company, enquiry type and message. Marketing permission is separate, optional and unchecked by default. An enquiry does not require marketing consent.
Before collection is enabled
A deployment-specific privacy notice must identify the responsible controller, contact and rights-request channels, purposes and processing basis, service recipients, international transfers where relevant, retention periods, and the withdrawal process. The operator must verify these details before activating collection.
Withdrawal and retention
The prepared backend records consent separately from enquiries and supports withdrawal. Real collection remains disabled until a reliable withdrawal delivery mechanism and retention operations exist. Synthetic development retention values are not a published production policy.
